Weekly and Monthly Opportunities
Fit for Seniors -- Mondays and Fridays at 10:00 a.m. in the Elective Room
Sandra Smith:  “My physical therapist wanted to know exactly what kinds of exercises we were doing in Fit, and she was very pleased with what we do.  She said these exercises will firm our cores which in turn strengthens our backs.  The shoulder exercises are excellent also for our rotator cuffs.”  Contact Bonnie Kincaid at 804-746-8825 or for more information.
