Current Missions Projects
This year's Easter Offering will be given to Raise
Raise is a Hanover County-based mission that serves intellectually disabled youth and young adults creating opportunities for vocational training, employment, and community engagement for youth and young adults with developmental disabilities.  Raise currently has done this through coffee carts at Hanover County schools and through a coffee truck.  Raise is looking to purchase a storefront and Shady Grove's Easter Offering will be given towards this effort.  The storefront would create the opportunity to give young adults the opportunity to have other experiences besides serving through the coffee carts/trucks.  Those experiences include a retail store selling used sports equipment, lawn care, and laundry.  Having the storefront allows Raise to move towards the possibility of having these experiences.  More information on how you can give towards this offering will be posted here soon, please check back.
Collection of Funds for the Sewing Ministry:  Support our sewing ministry with a monetary donation that will be used to purchase supplies.  The sewing ministry supports outreach both locally and internationally.
