Taking It On the Road: Part 1: The New Areopagus Awaits — Pastor Jay
The secular world is peculiar to those of us who are regular church-goers. The best sales, I’ve heard are on Sunday mornings, but I’ve never been able to take advantage of the savings. I’ve not missed it. I feel I’m richer for it. There is much more to lure us away from the tenets of our faith and our attempts to keep the Sabbath holy. Paul encountered such a lifestyle challenge in Athens. AS we prepare to take it on the road on "Be the Church Sunday," we need to be ever mindful of the obstacles we will encounter then and every day and remain steadfast. Scripture: Acts 17:16-31
