You win some, you lose some. Sometimes it feels like we are losing more than we are winning, however. Victory seems elusive. We all know the agony of defeat. Sometimes we find it in relationships and other times through vocational endeavors. Jesus knew such agony. Still he would preach love and forgiveness. He would talk about bearing a cross. In this sermon, we will look at our agony and seek a way of using it to rise above it all.
